Authors are asked to write papers in accordance with the instructions to authors and send papers using the paper submission button on this webpage not later than 12nd April 2010.The quality of the English translation must be reviewed before submission!
The proceedings will be issued previous to the conference, and will include only reviewed papers for which at least one conference fee is remitted by 3rd May 2010.
